You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us to return the goods - any goods notified or received outside these periods will not qualify for a refund and may be subject to a restocking charge.
As you can appreciate, we would request that all goods be returned in an ‘as new’ condition complete with packaging and all accessories, please note we do not pay for return of unwanted purchases.
Detailed return instructions for online or telephone purchases:
1. Please advise us of a return of unwanted goods if the product is in as new condition and within 14 days of purchase.
2. The product is complete with all accessories.
3. The product is complete with all the original packaging
4. Please factory reset the product so all your personal details and settings are fully removed – please note we cannot be held liable for any personal information or data that you do not remove via a full factory reset.
5. Please do NOT write on the boxes.
7. Please enclose a copy of your receipt in the box.
8. Please email us in the first instance to sales@richersounds.ie with the following photos:
a. Photo of the product
b. Photo of the product packed with all accessories and packaging with the box open
As soon as we receive that we will mail you and advise you on return authorisation.

9. Please ensure you return the product via a reputable delivery service, trackable and insured as we cannot be held liable for any damage in transit.
As soon as we receive the product back it will be inspected and once the above is all 100% we will arrange a refund straight away – please note in the unlikely instance that any of the above conditions are not met we may refuse a refund or apply a charge.

My item has developed a fault
We're here for you if things go wrong. Your first step should be to call us or email our dedicated service helpline service@richersounds.ie for advice as we are often able to reassure, advise and save you an unnecessary journey. We will try to guide you through your options and your statutory rights will not be affected.
If your purchase is under 30 days old
Simply return your item (complete with original packaging and accessories) and you will be offered the choice of either an exchange or a full refund.
If your purchase is over 30 days old but within the manufacturer or extended guarantee period
If a fault develops after 30 days but within the guarantee period, we will prodide a speedy, free of charge repair.
We realise how important a television can be to our Customers so in the unfortunate event that yours develops a fault we will often ask you to book your repair directly with the manufacturer. We absolutely recognise that sorting your problems is our responsibility, so the only reason we do this is to speed up the repair process for you. Dealing directly with the manufacturar alows their experts to diagnose and ofter resolve faults over the phone. They can sometimes even log into your product online to help fix it, and all without going backwards and forwards via us. If they can't help there and then they can book a time directly with you for one of their authorised engineers to visit.
For non-TV products there are a number of manufacturers who prefer to deal with our Customers in the event of a fault as they feel they are better placed to carry out the repair during the guarantee period.
All of these things generally improve the repair process by helping to speed up repair times. If however, this is not the case and you are not receiving the levels of service that you expect from Richer Sounds, then please contact our service team who will immediately take over the process for you to help resolve matters to your satisfaction.
(excludes stylii, abuse, excessive wear & tear, commercial use, screen burn caused by channel logos or static images, dead pixels of an amount not covered by the manufacturer's specifications (statutory rights not affected).
If your purchase is outside of the guarantee period
