Small enough to sit on a desk or bookshelf, the Marantz Model M1’s compact dimensions means that it fits almost anywhere. When it comes to power, however, the Marantz puts many physically larger systems to shame. With 100 watts per channel, there’s ample power to drive a vast range of different speakers, even in larger than average rooms. For an even greater bass hit, simply add your choice of active subwoofer using the sub output.

With both Bluetooth and AirPlay 2 connectivity it's easy to connect all your smartphones, tablets and compatible lap/desktops and stream music wirelessly. The Model 1 also comes with wi-fi, Internet radio and DLNA. Simply connect to your home network via Ethernet or wi-fi and access thousands of Internet radio sites via TuneIn as well as subscription services such as Spotify Connect (Premium Spotify account required).

HEOS built-in - for the finest streaming multi-room audio
HEOS multi-room music systems connect together by dual-band Wi-Fi, making them easy to set up with your existing home network. Up to 32 HEOS units can be set up at one time, ensuring even the largest of homes are covered for multi-room music. With HEOS already built-in, the Model M1 is ready to go as a single 'zone' without any further adaptors.

Control it all with the HEOS app
For easy access to all your music from one app, you can stream effortlessly via the dedicated HEOS app. Available for Apple iOS, Android and Amazon Kindle, the app not only lets you stream your stored music but also Internet radio services and links with popular streaming services such as Spotify, Tidal, Amazon Music and Deezer.

Connect your other sources, from TV to CD
As well as comprehensive streaming, the Model M1 also connects with your other devices. The HDMI (eARC) is perfect for connecting your TV and enjoying a huge boost to its sound quality. For a CD/DVD/Blu-ray player or games console there’s a digital optical input. Sources without a digital output, such as older CD players and phono pre-amps (or turntables with built-in phono pre-amps) can be connected via the analogue RCA phono input.

Voice control via Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri devices
Marantz have designed the Model M1 to be compatible with all the main voice assistants, including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri devices. Simply download the HEOS Home Entertainment Skill app and then just ask Alexa or the Google Assistant to perform basic functions. Using the Apple Home App, Siri voice control from your Apple iOS device brings added functionality over AirPlay 2 – including grouping devices.
