Under recent legislation, we are obliged to point out that you obviously do not need to purchase an extended warranty at the same time you purchase your electrical goods and are entitled to shop around. We have been encouraging our customers to do just that for years because, not only are our prices significantly cheaper than our competitors, but just look at what else we include:
Free loan machine (only if taken back to store)
Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.
Like for like machine if unit is unrepairable
If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.
Free routine service / Maintenance checks
have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 6 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).
45 day cooling off period
If you're not happy with our 6 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.

Deep, effortless bass
Dropping right down to a china-rattling 19Hz and using an impressive, long throw, 12 inch bass woofer, the SB-2000 Pro delivers bass so low you’ll be grinning from ear to ear. With this degree of low-level extension, you won’t miss a note of any soundtrack – right down to the grumbling low notes of a submarine or the latest Star Wars movie space scene. Using a mighty 550 watt amplifier and large driver magnet, the bass is also exceptionally well controlled, giving the punchiest dynamics.

Impressive with music, too
Keeping the mighty power under tight control, the sophisticated Analogue Devices Audio DSP (Digital Signal Processor) includes an array of filters and other parameter controls for fine-tuning. It’s thanks to this that the sub never sounds overblown or boomy.

Room-friendly
Despite its mighty power output, the SB2000 Pro is one of the most room-friendly subwoofers in its class. Without the need to worry about blocking a port outlet, the sealed cabinet is compact and easy to position. Given the amount of bass on tap, the dimensions are as modest as they can be.

Smartphone app control
Available for Apple iOS and Android, the SVS control app gives armchair, precision control of your subwoofer. From the comfort of your listening position, you get access to all DSP functions including volume, EQ, low pass filter, phase, polarity, room gain, custom presets and system settings. Connecting via Bluetooth, full control is possible even when the subwoofer is out of sight.

Pro build quality and choice of luxury finish
Featuring a robust, MDF cabinet, the SB-2000 Pro not only provides resonance-free, low distortion sound but is also built to last.
