RECYCLING - THE WEEE DIRECTIVE

Beechill Enterprises Limited trading as Richer Sounds Ireland implement the WEEE Regulations and Battery Directive to ensure that your old appliances are disposed of in a safe, correct manner reducing any harmful effects to the environment.

For our ROI Customers Richer Sounds is registered with The Producer Register reference # IE 01123WB

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries

What products can you recycle?
We're happy to recycle any type of product that we sell on a one-for-one basis you can drop it into our store and we will ensure it is recycled responsibly.

Will you take my old unit away when I order for delivery?
We'll happily collect your old unit on a like-for-like basis when we are delivering as long as it's disconnected and ready for collection - please let us know at time of purchase that you would like a unit collected for recycling so we can arrange for the courier to collect.
